...HIGH SURF WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 4 PM PST THIS AFTERNOON...

Buoy observations continue to report a decrease in swells across
the coastal waters this afternoon. As a result, the High Surf
Warning will expire at 4 pm PST. Despite the expiration of the
High Surf Warning, swells will remain elevated through the
evening hours. Beachgoers are advised to continue to exercise
caution along and near the shoreline, and to never turn one`s back
to the ocean.
