TERM AVERAGE. THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURES FOR THE WINTER (DEC JAN FEB)
WAS 14.9 DEGREES OR 4.9 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL...WHICH RANKS AS THE
10TH WARMEST SEASON ON RECORD.

PRECIPITATION FOR THE WINTER WAS 2.46 INCHES OR 0.78 INCHES ABOVE
NORMAL. THIS RANKS AS THE 8TH WETTEST WINTER ON RECORD. THE 37.2
INCHES OF SNOW THAT FELL WAS 9.2 INCHES ABOVE THE NORMAL 28.0
INCHES. THIS RANKS AS THE 15TH SNOWIEST WINTER.
