.SYNOPSIS FOR OUTSIDE WATERS...
As a weather front approaches the southern Panhandle  today and
dissipates, another front will lift northeast across the gulf
today and move into the Panhandle Sunday night. Low pressure
persists over the western gulf through Monday.
