.SYNOPSIS...A STATIONARY FRONT LIES JUST NORTH OF PORT ISABEL AND EXTENDS
EAST OUT OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD ACROSS
THE NORTHERN GULF MAINTAINING A MODERATE NORTHEAST FLOW THROUGH
TONIGHT BECOMING EASTERLY TUESDAY AND THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK.
THE PERSISTENT NORTHEAST TO EAST FLOW WILL MAINTAIN THE MODERATE
LONG PERIOD SWELL TRAIN THAT CONTINUES TO BE DIRECTED TOWARDS THE
LOWER TEXAS COAST. MARGINAL SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED THROUGH AT LEAST TONIGHT AND MAY CONTINUE INTO TUESDAY
OR WEDNESDAY. SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED SOUTH
OF PORT MANSFIELD TODAY EXPANDING NORTHWARD LATE TUESDAY AND THEN
