Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Coastal troughing will persist through Friday with
moderate to fresh winds and elevated wave heights. Seas could
approach Small Craft Advisory criteria, especially across the
offshore Gulf waters. Winds will return to southeast this weekend
with seas slow to lower. A cold front will move through the area
Sunday night, shifting winds to the north again and maintaining
elevated seas through Monday.
