.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
 A HIGH FAR NORTHEAST OF THE AREA WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY
THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...THEN MOVE OFF TO THE NORTHEAST. A FRONT
WILL MOVE OVER THE AREA FROM THE NORTHWEST ON SUNDAY AND WEAKEN
TO A SHEAR LINE. A STRONG NEW HIGH WILL BUILD NORTHWEST OF THE
AREA AND PRODUCE NEAR-GALE FORCE TRADE WINDS THROUGH THE MIDDLE
OF NEXT WEEK. A LARGE WEST NORTHWEST SWELL WILL PEAK SUNDAY
NIGHT.
