.Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa Barbara
Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 22Z...or 2 PM PST...A 995 MB low pressure
center was located 300 NM northwest of Seattle and an inverted trough
was located along the California coast. A weak high pressure ridge
stretched latitudinally across far northern California. Low clouds
and fog will develop tonight and linger into midday tomorrow in many
areas. Advisory level winds develop Sunday and gale force winds will
be possible across the outer waters late Sunday and Monday.
