.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Gusty north
winds and steep seas will continue through Wednesday afternoon, mainly
across the outer waters from Cape Blanco southward. Winds may
freshen Wednesday afternoon and remain elevated into Thursday.
This will result in a mix of steep to very steep wind-driven seas
over the waters. Afterwards, a long period high and steep west
swell is expected to move into the coastal waters Friday evening
into Saturday.
