.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...Combined seas of 5 to 8 feet will
persist through Wednesday. Starting midweek, swell from distant
Tropical Storm Lan will affect the area, bringing in higher
combined seas. The monsoon trough will cause a turn from east
winds to west winds that will move northward through tonight, then
its departure will result in a return of east winds starting
Friday.

.TODAY...Northwest wind 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. Northeast
swell 5 to 7 ft. Occasional locally heavy showers and isolated
thunderstorms.
.TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...Southwest wind 10 to 20 kt. Wind waves 3
to 5 ft. Northeast swell 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...West wind 10 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or
less. Northeast swell 6 to 8 ft. Scattered showers in the
evening. Isolated thunderstorms through the night.
.THURSDAY...North wind 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. West swell
9 to 11 ft and east 3 ft. Isolated thunderstorms.
.FRIDAY...Southeast wind 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. West
swell 10 to 12 ft and northeast 3 to 4 ft. Isolated
thunderstorms.
.SATURDAY...South wind 5 to 15 kt. Wind waves 2 ft or less. West
