.SYNOPSIS FOR SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
A weak cold front will stall over the waters this morning. A
surface low will form along the stalled frontal boundary and
track to the Washington coast. This will bring a strong cold
front with gale force winds Tue. A secondary low will move
through Wed. Then conditions generally ease and improve for
late in the week.
