VALLEY. SOUTHERLY FLOW WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT DUE TO A COASTAL
EDDY...THEN STRONG ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP FRI AFTERNOON
THROUGH SAT AS A DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS THE REGION. GUSTS TO 30
KT AND COMBINED SEAS NEAR 10 FT ARE POSSIBLE SAT MORNING...WHICH
WILL CREATE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. ISOLATED
