  VALLEY...GRAND AND BATTLEMENT MESAS...NORTHWEST SAN JUAN

  PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER PORTIONS OF EASTERN UTAH
  AND WESTERN COLORADO THROUGH FRIDAY. THE GREATEST THREAT OF
  FLASH FLOODING WILL BE IN THE LATE AFTERNOON AND EVENING
  HOURS.

TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
