...FLASH FLOOD WATCH WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM AST THIS EVENING...

A drier air mass is moving into the region and widespread flash
flood conditions are no longer expected. Therefore, the Flash
Flood Watch for a portion of Puerto Rico will expire at 8 PM AST
this evening.
