...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON...SOUTHEASTERN STEPHENS AND SOUTHERN CARTER
COUNTIES...

At 230 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area have decreased. Up to three inches of
rain have already fallen across the warned area and excessive runoff
from heavy rainfall will result in a continued flood or flash flood
threat.

Lone Grove, Healdton, Wilson, Ringling, Springer, Graham, Milo,
Cornish and Fox.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the

spots.
