  PUSHMATAHA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

  LARGE AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS EASTERN AND SOUTHEAST
  OKLAHOMA. OVER THE PAST 6 HOURS...ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  FALLEN...WITH ANOTHER ONE TO THREE INCHES POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
  AFTERNOON HOURS. WITH THE GROUND ALREADY SATURATED...FLASH
  FLOODING IS LIKELY TO OCCUR. WHILE PRECIPITATION MAY TAPER OFF IN
  SOME AREAS DURING THE WARNING PERIOD...IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME FOR
  ANY HIGH WATER TO RUNOFF.
