* UNTIL 915 PM MDT

* AT 742 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN FROM A SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM TRACKING SOUTHEASTWARD
  OVER KENNA.

* STRONG FLOWS AND HIGH WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED IN ARROYOS...SMALL
  STREAMS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS. HAZARDOUS PONDING IS
  EXPECTED ON HIGHWAY 70.
