* AT 920 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN CENTRAL
  PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY. RAINFALL IS BEGINNING TO DECREASE BUT AN
  ADDITIONAL ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH COULD STILL FALL OVER THE
  NEXT HOUR. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
