* ARROYO AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  CENTRAL WILLACY COUNTY IN DEEP SOUTH TEXAS.

* UNTIL 915 PM CDT

* AT 811 PM CDT...HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUED NEAR LOS COYOTES. RADAR
ESTIMATES ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN BETWEEN EASTERN
PORTIONS OF RAYMONDVILLE AND JUST SOUTH OF LOS COYOTES AND MODERATE
TO HEAVY RAINFALL CONTINUES. THIS WILL AGGRAVATE EXISTING WET SOIL
AND HIGH WATER ISSUES AND CAUSE MINOR FLOODING.
