SAFETY MESSAGE...Never drive your car through flooded roadways. The
water may be deeper than it appears.  Turn around...don`t drown!

The flood warning continues for
  The Black River At Boonville
* until late tonight.
* At 4 AM Sunday the stage was 9.1 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river is expected to rise above flood stage late
  this morning and crest near 10.1 feet this afternoon.
* IMPACT...At 10.0 feet...Flood stage, widespread farmland flooding in
  the Flats area. Several roads may be closed in Glenfield,
  Martinsburg, and Lowville.

The flood warning continues for
  The Black River At Watertown
* from this afternoon until further notice.
* At 3 AM Sunday the stage was 7.6 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* The river is forecast to rise above flood stage this afternoon and
  crest near 11.5 feet Wednesday morning.
* IMPACT...At 12.0 feet...Moderate flood, widespread farmland flooding
  in the Flats. Numerous road closures in Castorland, Denmark,
  Lowville, and Carthage. Some residential properties flooded in the
  Flats.

* At 3 AM Sunday the stage was 9.5 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast...the river will crest below flood stage at 10.2 feet this
  morning. Additional rises are not expected...and therefore the
  warning is cancelled.
* IMPACT...At 10.0 feet...Action stage, minor lowland flooding near
  several camps along the river.
