* AT 416 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS OVER HANOVER AND SAN LORENZO. MINOR
  FLOODING MAY OCCUR IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
  AFFECTED BASINS INCLUDE NOONDAY CANYON AND GALLINAS CREEK.
