* UNTIL 745 PM EDT

* AT 540 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. THIS WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN
  THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN
  IN THE CENTRAL PART OF MCMINN COUNTY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ATHENS...SWEETWATER...ETOWAH...ENGLEWOOD...NIOTA...CALHOUN...
  DENTVILLE...HILLSVIEW...CLEAR WATER...MURRAY STORE AND RICEVILLE.

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS RIVER OR STREAM FLOWS ARE ELEVATED...OR
PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAVEL ACROSS FLOODED ROADS. FIND ALTERNATE ROUTES.
IT TAKES ONLY A FEW INCHES OF SWIFTLY FLOWING WATER TO CARRY VEHICLES
