  Clackamas River near Oregon City affecting Clackamas County

temperatures, and they include current and planned reservoir
releases.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Marys River near Philomath.
* At 9 AM Sunday the stage was...20.4 feet / 5530 cfs.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet and flood flow is 5100 cfs.
* Forecast...This river is cresting. This river
  is expected to fall below flood stage around 5 AM Monday and
  continue falling for the next couple days.
* Impact...Above 20.5 ft, expect flooding of some homes in the
  southern part of Corvallis to begin, especially when the Willamette
  is also running high. In south Corvallis, a trailer park and light
  industrial areas,  including Evanite Fiber Plant, begin to flood.
  Flooding may begin in the vicinity of Chapel Drive and Grange Hall
  Road on the south side of Philomath. Problems with the sewers have
  historically begun in Philomath at this and higher stages.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Luckiamute River near Suver.
* At 5 AM Sunday the stage was...25.8 feet / 6400 cfs.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet and flood flow is 7500 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage after 10:30 AM
  Sunday and is expected to crest at 28.5 ft around 10 PM Sunday.
* Impact...Above 29.0 ft, expect widespread flooding of the lowland
  agricultural lands upstream from Falls City and Maple Grove to the
  confluence with the Willamette River. Also expect flooding and
  possible closure of numerous secondary roads near the river.

  The Clackamas River at Estacada.
* At 10 AM Sunday the stage was...20.2 feet / 19710 cfs.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet and flood flow is 23300 cfs.
* Forecast...This river will crest at 22.8 ft around 4 PM Sunday.
  After the crest, this river is forecast to fall below flood stage
  around 11 AM Monday.
* Impact...Above 23 ft, expect flooding to begin in the light
  industrial areas near the confluence of the Clackamas and
  Willamette Rivers. A trailer court at Carver is threatened at this
  point. Some access roads are flooded and closed above this level
  from Estacada downstream to Carver.

* At 9 AM Sunday the stage was...34.2 feet / 23090 cfs.
* Flood stage is 39.0 feet and flood flow is 40000 cfs.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage around 5 PM
  Sunday and is expected to crest at 39.6 ft around 10 PM Sunday.
* Impact...Above 39.0 ft, expect minor flooding of low areas along the
  lower Clackamas River, including Clackamette Park, the Oregon City
  shopping center, and some agricultural land downstream of Carver
  Bridge.
