...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Oregon and
  Columbia River at Vancouver affecting Multnomah and Clark Counties
  Columbia River at Longview affecting Columbia and Cowlitz Counties

River forecasts are based on observed and forecast rainfall and
temperatures, and they include current and planned reservoir

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Columbia River at Vancouver.
* At 4 PM Tuesday the stage was...17.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Forecast...This river will range from 17.3 to 17.9 feet through
  Friday and remain above flood stage for the next several days.
* Impact...Above 17 feet, expect flooding of some lowland access
  roads, parking areas, and trails on Sauvie Island, around Vancouver
  Lake, and other parks near the river. Boaters beware of unusually
  fast currents and debris in the river.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Columbia River at Longview.
* At 4 PM Tuesday the stage was...12.9.
* Flood stage is 13.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river will rise above flood stage during high tide
  and peak between 13.5 and 13.8 feet each morning this week.
* Impact...Above 13.5 ft, expect minor flooding of unleveed farmland
  and low-lying area along the Columbia.
