* AT 307 PM MST...HEAVY RAINFALL WAS NOTED OVER THE CHIRICAHUA
  MOUNTAINS BETWEEN CHIRICAHUA NATIONAL MONUMENT AND RUCKER
  CANYON, WITH SLOW MOVEMENT TO THE EAST.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...TURKEY
