...Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity for the
following stream in Nebraska...

  Lincoln Creek Near Seward affecting Seward County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through areas where water covers the road.  The
water depth may be too great to allow your vehicle to pass safely.
Turn around...don`t drown!

...Forecast flooding increased from Minor to Moderate severity...

The Flood Warning continues for
 the Lincoln Creek Near Seward.
* At  6:45 AM Sunday the stage was 17.0 feet...or 2.0 feet above
  flood stage.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...the river will continue rising to near 17.3 feet by this
  afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage early tomorrow.
* Impact...at 17.0 feet...Continuous flooding continues across the
  lowlands with some county roads inundated by flood waters. Access
  to the gage from the east floods.
