CALIFORNIA...

  SACRAMENTO RIVER ABOVE BEND BRIDGE
  SACRAMENTO RIVER BELOW RED BLUFF DIVERSION DAM
  SACRAMENTO RIVER AT TEHAMA BRIDGE
  SACRAMENTO RIVER AT VINA WOODSON BRIDGE
  SACRAMENTO RIVER AT ORD FERRY

.HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE PAST 24 HOURS IS PRODUCING A MAJOR RISE ON THE
UPPER SACRAMENTO RIVER. RAINFALL FORECAST FOR TODAY IS EXPECTED TO PUSH
THE RIVER ABOVE FLOOD STAGE FROM BEND BRIDGE TO HAMILTON CITY. OVERFLOW
INTO THE BUTTE BASIN AT ORD FERRY AND MOULTON WEIR IS EXPECTED. OVERFLOW
INTO THE SUTTER BYPASS IS EXPECTED FROM COLUSA WEIR AND TISDALE WEIR.

FORECASTS ARE BASED ON PRESENT AND FORECASTED METEOROLOGICAL AND
HYDROLOGIC CONDITIONS AT TIME OF ISSUANCE.
