A FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL REACH COASTAL AREAS THIS EVENING WHERE IT WILL
STALL AND BRING ABUNDANT CLOUDS...RAIN AND COOLER TEMPERATURES THROUGH
WEDNESDAY. FURTHER INLAND A STRENGTHENING RIDGE WILL KEEP CONDITIONS
WARMER AND DRIER. AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL SWING INLAND WEDNESDAY
NIGHT AND THURSDAY MORNING BRINGING THE COOLER AIR MASS AND SCATTERED
SHOWERS WITH IT. A SOMEWHAT STRONGER RIDGE WILL AMPLIFY OVER SOUTHWEST
ALASKA COAST THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND FURTHER INLAND FRIDAY BRINGING
WARMING AND DRYING CONDITIONS TO THE AREA THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.
