A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL CROSS THE AREA THURSDAY NIGHT...
WITH LITTLE OR NO PRECIPITATION EXPECTED.

STRONG RADIATIONAL COOLING THIS EVENING AND TONIGHT WILL ALLOW
THE INVERSION TO DEVELOP BY 6 PM...AND PERSIST UNTIL AROUND 10 AM
THURSDAY MORNING. DISPERSION WILL BE POOR...BUT THE AIR MASS WILL
REMAIN TOO DRY FOR FOG EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM 25 TO 30 PERCENT
THURSDAY AFTERNOON. WITH HIGH PRESSURE RETREATING OFF THE SOUTHEAST
COAST...SURFACE WINDS WILL BE OUT OF THE SOUTH-SOUTHWEST
