.DISCUSSION...ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE
THROUGH THE DAY TODAY...LASTING INTO EARLY THIS EVENING BEFORE DRYING
OUT LATE TONIGHT AND INTO SATURDAY.  A COLDER AIRMASS WILL MOVE
INTO THE REGION THROUGH THE DAY...AND WILL REMAIN ACROSS THE AREA
THROUGH THE WEEKEND.  HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY SHOULD OCCUR DURING THE
MORNING HOURS...WITH READINGS FALLING THROUGH THE DAY.  OVERNIGHT
LOWS WILL BE IN THE 30S.  SURFACE AND TRANSPORT WINDS WILL TURN OUT
OF THE NORTH TODAY.  THEY WILL TURN MORE NORTHWESTERLY WITH A
SECONDARY TROUGH PASSAGE ON SATURDAY.  WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG
ENOUGH BOTH THIS MORNING AND SATURDAY MORNING TO INHIBIT FOG. WINDS
ON SATURDAY WILL BE GUSTY WITH FORECAST VALUES UP TO 18 MPH AND BEARS
CLOSELY WATCHING. DAYTIME MIXING HEIGHTS WILL RANGE FROM 2500 TO
3500 FEET TODAY AND RISE SLIGHTLY TO BETWEEN 4500 AND 5000 FEET
SATURDAY WITH COLD AIR ADVECTION WITH GUSTY WINDS AND TURBULENT MIXING.
RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES IN THE 45 TO 55 PERCENT RANGE TODAY.
