THE WEST AND SOUTHWEST.  TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN COOLER...WITH
READINGS GENERALLY RANGING FROM AROUND 70 NORTH...TO THE MIDDLE 70S
SOUTH TODAY...THEN SLIGHTLY WARMER ON WEDNESDAY.  MIN RH VALUES
TODAY WILL BE ABOVE 60 PERCENT IN THE EAST...WHILE THE WEST WILL
