.DISCUSSION...
Onshore flow will increase Gulf moisture across the area today.
The morning will start out with at least patchy fog across most of
Southeast Texas. An upper level disturbance will pass by to the
north and may bring a few showers tonight or Monday. Well above
normal temperatures are expected Sunday through Wednesday. A
potent storm system should move into the area on Wednesday or
Thursday and will bring widespread moderate to heavy rainfall.
