National Weather Service Lincoln IL
259 PM CDT Mon Oct 23 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Widespread rain showers will diminish over eastern Illinois late this
afternoon. But more lighter showers will spread quickly east across
central and southeast Illinois during this evening and continue through
Tuesday. Poor vent rates are expected this afternoon across the area.
Breezy west to northwest winds will bring very good vent rates on Tuesday,
with good vent rates expected on Wednesday.
