Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central/Southeast Illinois
National Weather Service Lincoln IL
253 PM CDT Sun Mar 26 2017

.DISCUSSION...

An active weather pattern is expected this week, with several
periods of rain. The first system will arrive on Monday, with
a widespread rain across central and southeast Illinois, which
will linger into Monday evening. After a dry period on Tuesday,
the next system will begin to spread rain into the area from
the west on Wednesday, with good chances of rain from Wednesday
night into early Friday. Between the rain and the low mixing
heights, poor burning conditions are expected this week.
