ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY
MORNING...ESPECIALLY NEAR THE VIRGINIA BORDER. AFTER A BRIEF BREAK
FROM PRECIPITATION WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...ANOTHER FAST MOVING SYSTEM
WILL TRACK ACROSS KENTUCKY WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY
