CASCADES. MODERATE TO STRONG SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS WILL AFFECT AREAS EAST
OF THE CASCADES. SNOW LEVELS BEHIND THE FRONT LOWER TO 1500 FEET, AND ANOTHER
ROUND OF PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED LATE MONDAY INTO TUESDAY MORNING. AFTER A
PERIOD OF MORE STABLE CONDITIONS ON WEDNESDAY WITH LOWER HUMIDITIES, A WETTER
