WILL DEVELOP OFF THE CAROLINA COAST AND LIFT NORTHEAST INTO DELMARVA
ON THURSDAY BEFORE MOVING OFFSHORE ON FRIDAY. ANOTHER HIGH PRESSURE
FROM THE GREAT LAKES WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION FOR THE WEEKEND.
