Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southwest and South-Central
Arizona and Southeast California
National Weather Service Phoenix AZ
151 PM MST Mon Jun 26 2017

...Elevated Fire Danger Levels due to gusty westerly winds and
very low humidities Tuesday afternoon/evening...

.DISCUSSION...

A series of weak fast moving Pacific weather disturbances will
move into the western states over the next few days. This will
produce gusty afternoon/early evening west to southwest winds
across the region on Tuesday, and, to a lesser extent on
Wednesday. The combination of these gusty winds and afternoon
humidities in the single digits will raise fire danger levels to
near-critical thresholds on Tuesday, especially across SE CA.

Note...Additional Fire Weather Forecast information can be found
in the Area Forecast Discussion. See product PHXAFDPSR.
