.DISCUSSION...
Breezy conditions can be expected across the forecast area Sunday
and Monday. Northerly directions will be favored over southeast
California and southwest Arizona with easterly directions favored
over south-central Arizona. Temperatures climb sharply with
temperatures about 10 degrees above normal by Monday. Very low
humidities can be expected Sunday and Monday (below 15% even at
high elevation locations). Overnight recovery will be fair to
poor.
