.DISCUSSION...
Very dry conditions are expected with above normal maxTs in the
mid to upper 70s. Several hours of elevated fire danger are
expected this morning and very early afternoon in isolated
locations in the hills east of Phoenix where breezy to windy
easterly winds will gust to 18-25kt. Expect minRH values in the
6-10 percent range with poor to fair overnight recovery.
