.DISCUSSION...Lingering chances of showers this evening as the upper
low pressure system moves out of the area. Another weak weather
system will brush the northern portions of Western Washington late
Friday through Saturday. The pattern will return to a dry, sunny and
warmer than normal one, with morning clouds and afternoon sun Sunday
through the first half of next week.


 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
