.DISCUSSION...

Despite bitterly cold temperatures observed this morning, a
warming trend will begin today. By Friday and Saturday, highs
in the 50s and 60s are expected.

No precipitation is expected through Saturday, however,
showers and thunderstorms are expected on Sunday.  A spring
like storm system will approach from the west, forcing
widespread precipitation throughout the entire region.
