.DISCUSSION...A series of storm systems will track across the
area through the rest of the weekend. This will result in periods of
showers. The heaviest rainfall will generally be toward south central
South Dakota, where a few thunderstorms are also expected. Some light
snow is also possible during the overnight tonight and Sunday night
for the highest elevations of the Black Hills.

Much cooler weather will prevail through Tuesday, with high
temperatures 10 to 20 degrees below average. Mainly dry weather is
expected Tuesday through the end of next week, with a gradual warming
trend.
