...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

A deep marine layer persists across the fire district with
widespread low clouds remaining well inland over much of the region.
Cool temperatures continue today with good humidity recoveries
expected tonight. High pressure will gradually build in over the
region Saturday resulting in a gradual and modest warming trend
through the holiday weekend. Warmest temperatures will be observed
over inland areas. Seasonal temperatures and dry conditions will
persist through Memorial day with strengthening onshore flow
expected by Monday afternoon as the next trough approaches. By the
middle of next week this trough will bring another round of cool
temperatures and a deepening marine layer. Possible slight warming
expected by the end of next week.

...Discussion from SFOFWFSTO...

A warming trend over the holiday weekend, followed by a cooling
trend by the middle of next week. Chance of afternoon and evening
thunderstorms mainly near the Sierra Crest from the Tahoe area
southward over the holiday weekend, and possibly over the mountains
through next week.
