DRY AND MUCH WARMER CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP THIS WEEK AS HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE DISPATCH AREA. LOCALLY BREEZY CONDITIONS
ARE EXPECTED AGAIN TONIGHT, MAINLY WEST OF THE CREST. HUMIDITY
RECOVERY WILL BE LOCALLY POOR THE NEXT FEW NIGHTS. SLOWING
INCREASING MOISTURE WILL BRING CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS, FIRST IN
THE SIERRA FRIDAY, THEN OVER THE ENTIRE DISPATCH FOR THE WEEKEND.
