FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 1100 CDT ON APRIL 22.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE CONTACT THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LA CROSSE.

.DISCUSSION...HIGH PRESSURE...CENTERED OVER WESTERN ONTARIO...
WILL PRODUCE MOSTLY SUNNY THIS AFTERNOON. AT IGNITION
TIME...THE TEMPERATURE WILL BE IN THE UPPER 40S WITH
A RELATIVE HUMIDITY IN THE MID 40S. BY MID-AFTERNOON...THE
TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE UPPER 50S WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITIES
AROUND 30S. WINDS FOR LATE THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON WILL
BE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST AROUND 12 MPH. THE WINDS WILL GUST UP
TO 20 MPH AT TIMES BETWEEN 3 PM AND 7 PM.

FOR TONIGHT...HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE MOSTLY
CLEAR SKIES. LOW TEMPERATURES ON WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL BE
AROUND 30 DEGREES. THE WINDS WILL SHIFT TO NORTH AROUND 7 PM
AND NORTHEAST AROUND 11 PM. AT THE SAME TIME...THE WIND SPEEDS
WILL QUICKLY SUBSIDE TO AROUND 5 MPH.

ON WEDNESDAY...A WARM FRONT WILL MOVE TOWARD THE AREA. AS IT
DOES...THE CLOUDS WILL INCREASE. RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE TO
40 PERCENT. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID 50S. WINDS WILL
BE OUT OF THE SOUTHEAST IN THE 5 TO 11 MPH RANGE. RELATIVE
HUMIDITY VALUES WILL DROP FROM AROUND 80 PERCENT AT 7 AM TO THE
MID 40S BY 11 AM AND REMAIN THERE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE
AFTERNOON.
