.DISCUSSION...SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WAS CENTERED OVER THE
SASKATCHEWAN/MANITOBA BORDER WITH THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AXIS
EXTENDING SOUTHWARD TO THE CENTRAL DAKOTAS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
LIGHT SURFACE WINDS UNDER 10 MPH THAT WILL BE MOST LIKELY FROM THE
NORTHEAST LATE THIS AFTERNOON...THEN WINDS SHOULD BE FROM THE EAST
TONIGHT. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF EVENING SHOWERS OR
THUNDERSTORMS.

ON WEDNESDAY...WINDS SHOULD START OUT IN THE MORNING FROM THE SOUTHEAST
AT 5 TO 15 MPH...INCREASING TO 20 TO 25 MPH FROM THE SOUTHEAST ON
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF AFTERNOON
THUNDERSTORMS...WITH BETTER CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS WEDNESDAY
