.DISCUSSION...DEEP LOW PRESSURE CENTERED OVER NORTH CAROLINA
AND VIRGINIA TODAY WILL BE OVER THE MIDDLE ATLANTIC STATES
TONIGHT. VERY COLD AIR ALOFT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM MAY
CAUSE BRIEF SHOWERS WITH POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL IN THE FORECAST
AREA THIS AFTERNOON.

SURFACE WIND WILL BE FROM THE NORTHWEST AT 5 TO 10 MPH THIS
MORNING...AND AROUND 10 MPH THIS AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WIND
WILL BE NORTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH WITH MAXIMUM MIXING HEIGHTS
NEAR 6000 FEET. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL BE ABOUT
40 PERCENT. NO FOG IS FORECAST THROUGH TONIGHT WITH LIGHT
NORTHWEST WIND CONTINUING.
