IN THE WAKE OF THE COLD FRONT...DRY NORTHWESTERLY FLOW WILL
CONTINUE TODAY. PENNSYLVANIA WILL SEE SLIGHTLY COOLER
TEMPERATURES WITH FAIR WEATHER AND MAINLY CLEAR SKIES TODAY INTO
TOMORROW WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM MAKING ITS WAY INTO THE REGION LATE
THURSDAY. THE NORTHWESTERLY FLOW WILL BE FAIRLY WEAK...THOUGH RH/S
THIS AFTERNOON WILL DIP DOWN IN THE 38 TO 45 PERCENT RANGE.
