WARM AND DRY WEATHER ALONG WITH INCREASING SOUTHERLY WINDS CAN BE
EXPECTED OVER THE BURN AREA TODAY. TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB QUICKLY
THIS MORNING AND THIS WILL ALSO BRING AN INCREASE IN SOUTHERLY
20 FOOT WINDS. EXPECT SOME AFTERNOON GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH BEGINNING
1300 LOCAL. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES THIS AFTERNOON WILL
DROP TO AROUND 28%. OVERNIGHT HUMIDITY RECOVERY WILL BE VERY GOOD
AS SOUTHERLY WINDS BRING AN INCREASE IN MOISTURE LEVELS. WINDS WILL
BE LIGHT FROM THE SOUTHWEST THURSDAY MORNING...THEN BECOME NORTHERLY
AND INCREASE IN THE AFTERNOON AS A COLD FRONT MOVES ACROSS THE AREA.
