.DISCUSSION...
SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL DOMINATE THE AREAS WEATHER ON THURSDAY
ALL ALONG THE INTERSTATE 29 CORRIDOR. NORTHERLY WINDS SHOULD
ACTUALLY BEGIN TO DECREASE BY MIDDAY...AND CONTINUE TO NOTCH DOWN
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON HOURS IN THE SIOUXLAND. SO NOT EXPECTING A LOT
OF WIND BY MIDDAY THURSDAY AND THURSDAY AFTERNOON. MINIMUM HUMIDITY
LEVELS SHOULD ALSO DECREASE TO BETWEEN 30 AND 35 PERCENT...AND EXPECT
A STEADY DECREASE IN CLOUDS THROUGH THE MORNING...SETTLING INTO
PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES FOR THE AFTERNOON.  BECAUSE OF THE PRETTY LIGHT
WINDS IN THE MIXED LAYER...SMOKE DISPERSAL WILL BE IN THE FAIR
CATEGORY...BUT THE TOP OF THE MIXED LAYER WILL RISE TO BETWEEN
2500 AND 3000 FEET IN THE AFTERNOON.
