.DISCUSSION...High dispersion values are expected today and again on
Monday due to breezy winds. Minimum RH values will fall to near 40
percent this afternoon. A southeast flow will continue through
tonight with the afternoon sea breeze enhancing wind speeds this
evening. Hot and humid conditions will continue with minimum relative
humidity values remaining above critical values. On Monday winds will
be south to southwest as a  cold front approaches. There will be
scattered showers and thunderstorms Monday night and Tuesday but
rainfall totals look to be low across the area with amounts of less
than 1 inch expected. Cloud to ground lightning will be likely
with any thunderstorms.

FOG POTENTIAL AND OTHER REMARKS...Significant fog is not expected
tonight. Areas of smoke will be likely to occur near and to the
northwest of wildfires.
