SHOULD BE LIGHT IN THE EARLY PART OF THE DAY BEFORE PICKING UP
THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS EVENING. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL RETURN THIS
AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING AND WILL INCREASE ON THURSDAY. THESE
WINDS WILL INCREASE LOW LEVEL MOISTURE. HOWEVER...RAIN CHANCES
WILL REMAIN LIMITED DUE TO RELATIVELY DRIER AIR ALOFT. TODAY`S MIN
RH SHOULD BE IN THE MID 40S.
