A cold front will move through the area today. No precipitation is
expected with the front. Southwest winds will shift to the northwest
behind the front and be gusty. Minimum relative humidity values will
be quite low this afternoon, around 30 percent across northeast and
central Missouri.  The low relative humidity, dry fuels, and strong
and gusty winds this afternoon will lead to heightened fire danger.
