.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions will continue today with the
typical afternoon breeziness starting up after 1300 MST. However
wind gusts are expected to be stronger than previous days with the
strongest winds felt very late in the afternoon and continuing into
the evening as a cold front approaches from the northeast. There
will be a notable wind shift between 1900 MST & 2100 MST and gusty
conditions from the northeast are expected to persist through much
of the night. There is also a decent chance for a wetting rain
with the showers and thunderstorms expected along and behind the
front. Humidity recovery should be quite good tonight with a cooler,
more moist atmosphere persisting through Sunday.

* Sky/Weather.........Partly cloudy. Slight chance of rain showers
  and thunderstorms late in the afternoon.

* Min Humidity........23-28 percent.

west 11-15 mph with gusts to around 20 mph in the afternoon. Gusts
may approach 30 mph by 1800 MST.
