AFTERNOON HUMIDITY...THOUGH INCREASING UPPER LEVEL MOISTURE WILL
BRING A GREATER THREAT FOR AFTERNOON SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. BRIEF
HEAVY RAIN AND GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE
STRONGEST STORMS.
