.DISCUSSION...A weak and mainly dry cold front is moving onshore
into Washington and Oregon early this morning. This is resulting
in a deep marine layer which will bring some clouds, cooler
temperatures, and fairly high RH today. High pressure will return
tonight, bringing warmer and drier conditions Friday.
