HIGHS FOR THE FIRE SITE IN THE 103 TO 108 RANGE. MORNING
CLOUDS TO CONTINUE TO DISSIPATE WITH LIGHT SURFACE...IF NOT SUBTLE
DOWN SAN CARLOS DRAINAGE...WINDS FROM NORTH. ONCE DAYTIME HEATING
GETS UNDERWAY...WINDS WILL TAKE UP SOUTHERLY AND UP DRAINAGE HEADINGS
FOR THE SPOTS OF THE FIRE ALONG THE RIVER BOTTOM. ANY HIGHER
ELEVATION PORTIONS OF THE BURN UP FROM THE RIVER BOTTOM MAY PICK UP A
MORE SOUTHWEST TO WEST DRIFT BY THE AFTERNOON. AFTERNOON
THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ON NEARBY MOUNTAINS TO THE EAST. CHANCES
FOR WETTING RAINS ARE LOW...HOWEVER STORM DRIVEN AND ERRATIC OUTFLOWS
ARE POSSIBLE LATER IN THE AFTERNOON...GENERALLY AFTER 3 PM LOCAL
