.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions in combination with well above seasonal temperatures are
expected to continue over the burn site into Wednesday.  In addition,
near critical to localized critical fire weather conditions are
anticipated over the burn site Wednesday as increasing winds interact
with existing dry conditions and projected low relative humidity
values.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy(30 percent).

Min temperature.....30-39F.
Max humidity........62-71 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West-southwest around 9 mph with localized wind
                    gusts around 20 mph at times.
Mixing height.......4500 ft agl until 2000, then 1000 ft agl.
Transport winds.....West around 17 mph.
Smoke dispersal.....Fair until 2000, then poor.
Haines Index........4 or low potential for large plume dominated
                    fire growth.
